Here at the Maine Pie Co. it’s all about the crust. Made with care and crafted by expert hands, our gluten free pie shells make it easy for all to bake without the doughy mess and crumbly crusts. Now everyone can have a piece of the pie!

Butter, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Eggs, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Contains milk and eggs. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

Baking Directions for Unfilled Pie Shell:   Preheat oven to 350°F.  Remove frozen crust from bag and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Baking Directions for Filled Pie Shell:   Bake as instructed in your recipe.

    These pie shells were excellent. Even if they weren’t gluten-free, they would be one of the best I’ve had!

    This is a delicious pie crust and the fact that it is gluten-free is amazing. This is nothing like other store-bought frozen crusts and better than crusts I have made at home. The Maine Pie Co. has nailed it – a GF crust with flavor and excellent texture.

    I’ve tried a number of gluten free crusts, including my own and these are by far the best, most delicious shells. I use them for savory and sweet recipes. LOVE them!
