Give thanks for the most delicious gluten-free pie, ever! Packed with pumpkin and rich spices that evoke fall and time with family. Just make sure you get a piece before it's gone!

Crust: The Maine Pie Co. Gluten-Free Mix (White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch), Butter, Eggs, Fresh Lemon Juice, Pure Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Pumpkin Puree, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Eggs, Spices.

Contains milk and eggs. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove pie from plastic wrapping and bake on bottom rack for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F. Move pie to the middle rack and continue to bake until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly (approximately 40-50 minutes). Remove pie from oven and allow to cool for approximately one hour. Enjoy! Convection: Adjust time and temperatures accordingly.

    My husband and I just “discovered” this wonderful pie! It baked beautifully, the crust was amazing and it pumpkin filling was better then any others I’ve had. We will be serving this for Thanksgiving so that we won’t be deprived!

    So delicious. The crust was crisp and so yummy – like a fresh baked cookie. Creamy, smooth pumpkin filling with exactly the right spices. Better than homemade. Probably the best pie I have ever had!
